TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
DROP-OFFS and HOME PICK-UPS require coordinating, and the extra time and are not always convenient to normal daily operations and previously planned schedules and appointments, hence the additional fee, more so for HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, and AFTER 5 PM.
